Apples are high in pectin and help the body to cleanse and release toxins from the digestive tract. This helps the liver to process the toxic load during the cleansing process.

Alternative Grains –  If you are suffering from bloating, switching to alternative grains like quinoa, millet, and buckwheat can help. If you have a sensitivity to gluten products switching to an alternative will support your liver during your detox.

Avocados – a superfood full of nutrients it helps the body produce glutathione, a compound that is necessary for the liver to cleanse harmful toxins.

Beetroot and Carrots – high in plant-flavonoids and beta-carotene; they can stimulate and support overall liver function.
