Reiki mindfulness is an expanded practice based on the original Reiki principles. You do not need to be a Reiki healer or have Reiki healing to do Reiki Mindfulness.

Taking control of your mind and thoughts is one of the most powerful things you can do to help yourself and improve your life, health and well-being. The wonderful thing about Reiki mindfulness is that it provides the structure or scaffolding to achieve that. 

For most of us, our thoughts wander and lead us wherever they like unchecked, which is natural and normal. However, increasing the time we are consciously aware of our thoughts helps us challenge the negative thinking and thought patterns that stand in the way of us being happy and living the life we want. It is good to remind ourselves of what I’m sure you already know, our thoughts deeply affect our feelings, actions and reactions.
