If the winner fails to attend an appointment all other appointments will be cancelled within 24hours unless the winner pays the full price of the treatment missed.

A minimum of 24hours notice prior to the cancellation of an appointment is required. Appointments must be rescheduled within the calendar month of booking.

The 6 months massage must run consecutively. For example, if the first massage is November 2019 each of the 5 remaining massages must be Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, April. If the winner is unable to attend a massage in a month then that month is void.

The massage prize cannot be shared with other people and is only for the winner of the competition to redeem.
